DIY Healthy Cinnamon Tea

Today i want to teach you all how to do a helathy tea. and i'm very sure that its already in your kitchen... you dont need to buy this one but you have to do it yourself...

I used to see this video at my friend youtube channel.. follow his recepie and i do it my way accroding what i have in my kitchen๐Ÿ˜„.

All you need is, a cinnamon and a cardamom.

Blend them... blend them together so you can save your energy๐Ÿ˜„.

This how it looks like after you blend them.

Get a kettle and fill it with water (full) and wait till it boil.

Put a tea spoon cinnamon+cardamom into the boil water. Stir for a while then its done.

This is optional, if you like you can put some honey and lemon into your cup. Then pour the tea...

Tadaa... its done.. you can drink it hot or cold.

I put it in a refigirator.. so i will drink it cold.

So easy right??

What you have to know about cinnamon:
✒powerful antioxidant that aids in controlling blood sugar
✒high in fiber and calcium which help improve colon health
✒Contains other mineral such as iron and magnesium
✒smelling cinnamon stimulate brain activity
๐Ÿ“Œalthough cinnamom is a powerful ingredients but "take this cinnamon in a large quantity can effect for your liver health"

What you have to know about cardamom:
✒great for digestion and can combat nausea and motion sickness
✒as a breath freshener and great detoxidant. Its great for liver cleansing and home remedy for hiccupd
✒excellant source of limonene. Who used to prevent and treat cancer and antioxidant

  3. kadang2 buat jugaaaa tea cinnamon ni sbb orang cakap elok utk tulang. since saya penah ada tulang injury. ada jugala amek dalam sminggu gitu.
